    • A 7% transaction and processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This charge covers payment gateway fees, card processing costs, and administrative expenses incurred during the order and cancellation process.

    • Refunds are initiated within 3–4 business days, but depending on your bank, it may take up to 7–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account.

  • After Shipment

    • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

    • However, you may return the item in accordance with our Return Policy (see below)

2. Return Policy

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, undamaged, and with all its components included. The return shipping costs will be borne by you, the customer.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service to obtain a return authorization and return instructions.

3. Refund Policy

  • Eligibility: Refunds are only eligible for defective products or products that do not match the description on our website.

  • Condition: Upon receipt of the returned product, it will be inspected by our team. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Partial Refunds: In cases where the product is returned not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, only a partial refund will be issued.

5. Exchange Policy
