A 7% transaction and processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This charge covers payment gateway fees, card processing costs, and administrative expenses incurred during the order and cancellation process.

Refunds are initiated within 3–4 business days, but depending on your bank, it may take up to 7–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

However, you may return the item in accordance with our Return Policy (see below)

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

The product must be returned in its original condition, undamaged, and with all its components included. The return shipping costs will be borne by you, the customer.
